What areas do you serve?

What do I need to bring to the appointment?
Valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID), the complete unsigned document(s), and any witnesses if the document requires them. Do not sign the documents in advance.
How much does a mobile notary appointment cost?
California statute sets the maximum notarial fee at $15 per signature. Mobile travel fees are additional and depend on your location — a full quote is provided when you book.
Can you notarize a loan signing package?
Yes. As a certified signing agent, I regularly handle refinance and purchase loan packages for title companies, escrow, and direct-to-borrower requests. Same-day and after-hours signings available.
Do you notarize documents in ASL?
Yes. As an ASL-fluent notary, I can communicate directly with Deaf and hard-of-hearing signers — no interpreter required.
Can you notarize a document that's already signed?
No. California law requires the signer to sign in the notary’s presence for an acknowledgment or jurat. Please wait to sign until we’re together.
